St. George? Okay who got into St.George? Hopefully we will have a good group and we can have a get together in October! Until then we can share all our training ups and downs. Happy running! Posted by Stephanie at 5:14 PM Katie was the first woman to handcycle in the St. George marathon, winning there last fall and qualifying for the Boston Marathon where she'll compete next spring. She said, "I think those situations [sports] got me ready like: go, st george ~ rose red! today i am showing my ATC celebrating st georges day ,which was on the 23rd here in england ~ as with the TILDA AND FRIENDS ATC challenge ~thought i would do tilda as an english rose! Yesterday was the Kentucky Derby Marathon (26 miles). They, also, have the Mini Marathon(13 miles). I did the mini last year but couldn't this year because of my knee. I worked as a volunteer yesterday for the marathon! Had so much fun!
