Helen Phillips has been crowned the winner of The Biggest Loser. She lost an incredible 140 pounds. In an minor upset, Helen Phillips beat out favorite Tara Costa to be crowned the winner of Biggest Loser for 2009. Phillips lost 54.47% of her initial 257 pounds (117kg) to weigh in at 117 pounds (53kg). Costa lost more weight, Dark horse Helen Phillips of Sterling Heights, Michigan blew away Tara Costa and Mike Morelli to become Season 7 Biggest Loser champion. PHOTOS.
