wow tracker not responding
wanting to try WoW again after 4 years i have downloaded the 10 day free trial, started a new account. Downloaded the whole 5gb of it, then was very frustrated to find that it could download the needed patch. The blizzard downloader starts and then, after a few moments at 0% it says that the tracker was not responding. I looked at the help available, ensured that it wasnt blocked by my firewall, but thats about the extent of my knowledge. What does "The tracker is not responding" mean? Another Bittorrent issue that should resolve itself after a little while. The patch will need some time to disseminate, and if you get a message like this, it just means your client hasn't found all of the connections that it can . The authentication servers are different for people who merged their battle.net accounts with WoW, and those servers haven't been patched yet so just chill and don't try reinstalling WoW (yet).
