I am curently doing Stillman QWL and having a higher fat intake every 4th day so I dont go into starvation mode and I feel I get to eat more than normal. So far I am down 18 pounds since January, 8lbs of this was just the last week. However, you may alternate weeks with the two diets: for instance Week 1- QWL diet/ Week 2- Inches Off diet/ Week 3- QWL diet etc… until you reach your desired weight.
