Jaycee Lee Dugard had been missing when she was eleven years old. That was in 1991 at her South Lake Tahoe home. Today, a woman surfaced at a Bay Area police station claiming to be Jaycee Lee Dugard. Jaycee Lee Dugard, or at least a woman claiming to be Jaycee Lee Dugard has just turned up at a Bay Area police station. This might be thought not unusual, but the point is that Jaycee Lee Dugard was kidnapped from her South Lake Tahow Jaycee Dugard was 11 years old when she was reportedly kidnapped in South Lake Tahoe 18 years ago. The FBI distributed lots of flyers with her picture on it in 1991. Investigators wouldn't say why they were in Concord following this
