This website and toll-free number are available 24 hours a day. Consumers must sign up every two The deadline to put your name on the Wisconsin No Call List is 11/30/09. By adding your name to the list by the deadline, you'll be on the list starting 1/1/10. Wisconsin residents have until Monday, December 1, 2009 to add their number(s) to the current No Call List that will go into effect on January 1. Those who sign up after December 1 will be added to the next list, which will take effect
