This morning, Dr. Siegal's Cookie Diet is featured on NBC's Today Show with Arizona mother Josie Raper, Author: Google Hot Trends | Categories: Entertainment, Tech | Posted: 14 December, 2009. Anyways, I was watching the Today show and this lady who weighed two hundred and thirty pounds tried the Cookie Diet with light exercise and droped a hundred pounds.
