Between you and me, I think his plan is more cost-effective than ours. Sentence: "Health reform bill is the/a last nail in the coffin of democracy" My question/doubt: I'm not sure what preposition (the or a) I should use in this sentence: ".the/a last. I know the preposition, just not sure of the object. The crackling of the cozy fire made me sleepy. Between you and me, I think his plan is more cost-effective than ours.
